Well here goes nothing. I am joining forces with a good friend and fellow CrossFit junkie to develop a website for a Throwdown for Military around the world.
The idea is all Madfitter's, i just want to help out as much as I can. Hopefully with some help of a few good friends we can develop one hell of a competition exclusively for the Military.
